I am a passionate therapist dedicated working with clients who have experienced childhood-developmental trauma, relational trauma, intimate partner abuse, bullying, or PTSD. Clients that experience traumatic events tend to struggle with on-going anxiety and depression.

Life can be extremely challenging. It is my goal to help you navigate these challenges via a collaborative, practical, uplifting and empowering approach. I will help you in accessing your power, strengths & abilities so that you may move to fulfillment & happiness.

I support moms and moms-to-be with postpartum, parenting and relationship struggles. I provide a nonjudgmental space where you can explore parts of yourself and your life that may feel too heavy or difficult to share with others.

*Accepting New Clients* My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive environment for clients to help gain fresh insights and to achieve growth and change in their lives. I work with individuals, couples, and youth aged 16+ and offer a free consultation
